Our meeting point is approximately 20–30 minutes from the Viking cruise terminal by taxi, depending on traffic. The terminal is located at the Port of Barcelona, and taxis are readily available to bring you to our location. If you’re comfortable using public transport, you can also take the T3 Portbus to the Columbus Monument (Plaça de Colom) and walk to our meeting point in about 15 minutes from there.

Depending on the chosen bicycle tour, the tour will be standard two or three hours long.
- The Highlights of Barcelona bike tour, the private Bike tour and the Montjuic Ebike Tour last three hours, covering a distance of about 14 kilometers.

Our private bike tours are suitable for children starting at 5 years old. For our combined bike tours, children aged 6 and up can join, depending on their individual riding skills. It’s important that your child is confident and comfortable on a bicycle. We also offer child seats for kids weighing up to 22 kg.
Am I insured during the bike tour?
Participation in our bike tours is at your own risk. We do everything we can to ensure the tour is safe and enjoyable, but Perry Tours cannot be held liable for personal injury, damage, or loss of property, unless there is proven negligence on our part.
We recommend taking out your own travel or accident insurance for extra peace of mind.

For our bike tours in Barcelona, we use well-maintained city bikes with 3 gears. We have specific sizes for children from 5 years old on and child seats for small children up to 22 kg.

What Should I Bring for the Bike Tour?
On hot days we recommend to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat and some water.
During the summer it can be really warm in Barcelona, so we recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. It is also always handy to have a bottle of water. During the Barcelona bike tour, there is also a short break for a drink and/or restroom stop.
Are Helmets Available for the Bicycle Tour?
Yes! Helmets are available for all ages. For children under 16 years, it is legally required to wear a helmet during the bike tour.

Is There a Possibility to Leave Luggage at the Bike Shop?
Yes! We have room for small bags and handluggage.
During the bike tour, you can leave your small backpack or bag in the shop.
What If I'm Late for the Bike Tour

- If you think you’re going to be late, call or text us directly at +34 603 32 65 88. Often, based on your location, we can estimate how long it will take before you reach our starting point and can assist you with the right metro/bus or walking route.
- Try to be on time if you have chosen the Highlights Group Tour. We ask you to be present 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
- It is not possible to use the toilet in the shop. About halfway through the bike tour, we take a break in the park, where public toilets are available. For young children with unforeseen needs, we can make a stop during the bike tour.
